Read the documentation included in the Standalone archive. Certain things may be incomplete, not work as expected or change considerably between versions. Whether it's worth the extra esp (though easily merged with nearly everything) is open for debate. Armed with this little mod and the copious application of subtitles, I'm able to understand the insults they're hurling at my character. I had no idea those noises the Draugr make conveyed actual meaning (though in retrospect, lore-wise it stands to reason).

If you’re lucky, you might spawn as a Draugr Wight Lord and get a few dragon shouts to go along with your ancient weaponry. On the other hand, turning into a Draugr provides the player with whatever weapons the Draugr spawns with-usually a bow and an ax or sword. All you can do is run and nibble on grass. So becoming a rabbit means you lose any and all attacks, magic, and even your ability to jump. When transforming into a random species, the player takes on all the abilities of whatever species they turn into. And what it offers is truly unfortunate shapeshifts into a bunny rabbit while mid-combat with an Elder Dragon. Simply going from Khajit to Breton to Argonian wouldn’t be nearly wild enough. Let’s be clear here: this new mod randomizes your Skyrim species, not race.
